Process in Setting Up a Group Benefit Plan

I believe that Group Benefit Plans need to be tailored to meet the needs of the company.  They are designed to focus on company’s financial and corporate objectives, attracting and maintaining high quality employees and enhancing the employee’s well being and productivity.

In order to accomplish this, a brief meeting is set with your controller/human resource personnel and myself/associate to determine what information is required.

A data sheet with information required to obtain quotes is completed and submitted to 3 or more insurance companies. Once a quote is obtained, a meeting will be scheduled to review the information, answer any questions and make changes according.
